Bloom&Co. and CyberAgent establish joint venture "CyberAgent Strategy"

Bloom&Co., Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Yasuhiro Yano, hereinafter Bloom&Co.) and CyberAgent, Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President: Susumu Fujita, Listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange: Securities Code 4751, hereafter CyberAgent) have formed a new jointly funded company, CyberAgent Strategy Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director (co-representative): Takahito Naito, Representative Director (co-representative): Yasuhiro Yano) - CAS - on April 1st. CAS advocates a new framework called D2M (Digital to Mass) that leverages the strengths of both companies, and uses a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to solve corporate challenges and maximize the return on marketing investment.

Background of establishment

In the advertising market in 2019, domestic internet advertising spend exceeded TV media advertising expenses for the first time (※)。 With the shift to mobile across customer touch points, various changes are necessary in corporate marketing activities. As digital marketing becomes more varied and complex, a marketing approach based on "customers" rather than "tactics" is becoming more important, and must be strategically selected based on a deep understanding of target customers.
